Who else is crying? My mother thinks I'm a freak, but I haven't been able to stop since I saw them on TRL. God. God. God. I can't even think of the words to express what I'm feeling, you know? I'm glad AJ's getting help but part of me is so mad that they/him let it get to this point, you know? I mean, how bad is his alcoholism or "depression" that he has to check himself into rehab? What happened in Boston, people? Something had to snap, you know?

Sorry. I'm just rambling now.

AJ'sGal, I hear you! What did happen in rehab? I mean, I saw their shows in Philly and Hershey and AJ was FINE! In a really good mood and being all nice to the fans. Who knew something like this was going on.

I guess it just goes to show you that we only see what they want us to see.

I don't know, Lovin'AJ… I think when someone has a problem with drugs/alcohol, they get really good at hiding the problem. I've had family and friends that have struggled with addiction and I can tell you, I felt like a fool when I found out. I had *no clue*. None.

I wonder if it was that way with the guys. I can't imagine that Kevin would know about this and just let it continue. He doesn't seem like the type.

Well, I don't know about the rest of you, but Nick looked completely f***king stunned by the news. Damn. Have you ever seen anyone look so sad? I swear he was crying and Nick never cries. Does anyone else remember that interview on Much Music (or was it Musique Plus) where he said he couldn't remember the last time he cried. And he was like 15 then! Fifteen year old boys should be allowed to cry!!!!!

My heart is just breaking. I'm so glad I have this board. No one else understands, you know?

I have friends who were in Boston and they say that Nick, AJ and that Rachel chick (and the other guy in her band, the tall one?) were all over one another at a club, then they came into the hotel together. But *get this* she disappeared into Nick's room for like half and hour. Then she came down, said goodbye to AJ and she and her band friend left. After that Nick was seriously pissed. Came back to the bar and he and AJ kinda glared at each other and proceeded to get totally smashed.

This all that girl's fault, then? Were Nick and AJ fighting over her?

COME ON! AJ's going into rehab has nothing to do with this woman that's been hanging around for - what? - two weeks or something? Come on! Our boys are not that shallow.

I'm not an AJ fan and even I know that AJ's been dealing with a lot lately. His grandmother dying and breaking up with Amanda last year just two of the biggest. Let's not forget residual father angst!

Let's move this topic to something positive, PUH-LEZE!?!?! How about the fact that AJ's being man enough to admit he has a problem and needs help and the fact that his brothers care about him more than a stupid tour and making money!

I think it's amazing that they've come forward and been so honest about this! I give them props for that!

Dudes, I so posted about AJ and Rachel at the club in Boston. She's AJ's, she and Nick are just friends. Trust me on this. They might be flirting, but she's just AJ's type. Full stop.

I'm not debating this anymore. Besides NC4Ever is right, let's be positive about this. AJ is getting help. Even if we didn't see the problem, if he thinks he has one then we need to support his treatment. Who else is going to stay sober with me for AJ?

BostonChickie you are SO RIGHT! Those of us who are older need to set good examples for the younger fans. I'm in college now and drinking is such a way of life here, but I'm stopping. Cold turkey, dudes. No more keg parties for me. If AJ doesn't need alcohol to have fun, why should we?

I know we said we weren't going to talk about her anymore, but Rachel is the COOLEST!!!!

I was just down at the boys' hotel and she and her friend James (who I think is the boyfriend, fwiw) were there. Frank met them at the front door and let them in but not before Rachel took presents from nearly EVERY FAN and promised to give them to the boys.

Then about 10 minutes after she went in, we saw her and Howie at the windows on like the 5th floor. He waved down at us and blew a kiss.

I don't care who she's sleeping with (if anyone!), she was so cool to have taken things to the guys for us. I gave her a 3-page letter for Nick and I hope he reads it!!!

Poor guys. I can't even imagine what they must be going through. What do you think they'll do for the next month?

I don't know what they'll do for the next month, but a little birdie told me they're scheduled to do interviews in the morning.

Weren't they fabulous on the morning shows today? Nick didn't look so sad. Well, he didn't look like he was about the burst into tears at any moment, anyway.

I'm so proud of them! They were honest and composed and I really have good feelings about this. We need to all be positive and think good thoughts for AJ and the rest of them. Maybe three weeks in rehab will be enough for AJ and everything can go back to normal - but better, because AJ will be happy.

Oh, and my source says the boys have all left or are leaving NYC. I didn't push the source on where they were going. I imagine Nick will go to his family (Aaron's tour) and the rest will go home, don't you?
