"This one is labeled 'Nick'," Jana said, handing a folder of pictures up to Rachel, who was sitting on the couch above her.

Rachel put her glass down on the coffee table and opened the folder, immediately howling in laughter. Nick was smiling up at her, no more than fourteen years old. His hair was parted to the side, and he looked like innocence personified. Bright blue eyes, toothy grin and a head shorter than any of the other boys around him. "Oh my God!" she laughed, shoving the picture in front of Jana's face. "He's such a baby!" She laughed harder, leaning a shoulder into Leslie. "Oh my God! That's Kevin?"

Jana looked over and giggled. "That's my Kevin," she said with a nod. "That's what I fell in love with…almost. His hair was a little different, though."

"Thank GOD I never saw this before I knew him," Leslie laughed, taking the picture from Rachel. "Because this should be banned. It's worse than baby pictures, isn't it?"

"You see a difference?" Rachel asked sarcastically, breaking into laughter again. "My God they get worse! Who told him to do his hair like this?" Nick's hair was parted in the middle in a page-boy cut. He was pointing to the camera with his head tilted, almost smirking in a tie and vest. "Oh, I can't stand the cheesiness of it all!"

"Oh, no, this!" Jana held up a picture to them. "This is cheese!"

"They're trying way too hard to be homeboys!" Leslie howled, looking at the leather and blue jean outfits from a video shoot. "This is almost painful!"

"Oh, but that's my Kevy!" Jana cooed, running a finger over Kevin's face.

Rachel put a hand on Jana's shoulder, trying to remain straight-faced. "Don't say that too loud in mixed company, baby."

"What's Nick's brother's name?" Leslie asked looking at a picture in her own folder.

"Aaron, why?" Rachel asked, leaning over. "Oh man!" She showed the picture to Jana. "Aaron or Nick - you be the judge!"

"Jane cloned him!" Jana exclaimed. "That explains everything!"

"Everything?"

"If you're cloned, you have no soul. That explains Aaron, doesn't it?" Jana said looking over to Rachel.

"Oh, come on! Aaron's good! He's young, but he's not that bad!"

"He has no soul," Jana said, turning back to the folder in her lap.

"Does Kevin know how to button his shirt?" Rachel asked.

"Why should he?" Jana asked, furrowing her eyebrows.

"Well, I'm not saying it's necessarily a bad thing," Rachel started, "but every now and then, it might be a neat change of pace." She shuffled through a few pictures, shaking her head. "Not one of these has him in a shirt that's buttoned. And really, he doesn't have all that much to be showing off."

Jana reached back and took the pictures, glancing through them. "Well, he has more than the rest of them!" She laughed. "Dear God, AJ without a beard!"

"Oh, shit, is that Howie?" Rachel asked, pointing to the picture. "Shit, that's HOWIE!" Howie was right behind a fuzz-less AJ, pouting at the camera with his hair short and slicked back. "Geez, AJ and Howie almost look like twins!"

"Who made them wear matching outfits?" Leslie squealed in laughter. "Matching track suits at that? And they actually made it? How is that possible? Girls," Leslie stood, "we have videos; however, I don't think any of us will get through them sober. Might I suggest Margaritas? Pina Coladas?"

"Vodka, straight?" Jana said, holding out another picture. All of them were looking over a railing and wearing matching black outfits. Brian, Nick and Kevin all had Oasis-style, bowl cuts. AJ's hair was slicked straight back and wore sunglasses, and Howie looked as if he had a pompadour.

"I may be scarred for life," Rachel said, her voice deadpan. "How am I supposed to have sex with my boyfriend? This had better not come back to haunt me!"

"It will," Leslie said with a slow nod, trying to keep from bursting into a laugh. "It's going to haunt me and I never even had the opportunity to sleep with any of them! I'm not sure I can keep a straight face if I ever see them again, much less while I have about sexual fantasies about them!"

"Sexual fantasies!" Jana scoffed. "About who?"

"Well, AJ was lookin' pretty hot there for awhile," she said with a shake of her head. "But seeing this somehow makes me want to give him peanut butter and jelly sandwiches before I send him off for a nap."

"Please, AJ?" Jana scoffed. "That means we need to change Nick's diapers!"

Rachel put her hand over her ears, trying not to giggle. "I'm not listening! I'm not listening! He's nearly 22 fuckin' years old… there will be no talk of diapers in my presence!"

"Yeah, well…" Leslie reached over and handed Rachel a picture as if to prove her point. "They're outright babies!"

"Kevin is not a baby!" Jana protested, turning to sit on her knees and point at the picture.

"No, he's just a complete geek," Rachel laughed. "He was old enough to know better!"

"Vodka," Jana said again. "Straight up." She looked to the picture in her lap. "I just realized that I had sex with this."

Rachel burst out laughing, looking over Jana's shoulder to the picture she was looking at. She was still on the bowl-cut. "Well, in your defense, you didn't have sex with him when he looked like that."

Jana looked back over her shoulder sadly. "Well, no," she hesitated, "but I did fool around with him when he looked close to that in the back seat of a little red Toyota." Leslie and Rachel burst into laughter and Leslie disappeared, coming back to hand Jana a bottle of Stoli. Jana took a gulp, passing the bottle back to Rachel, who also took a gulp and she handed it to Leslie, taking her own swallow.

"So," Rachel giggled, "how almost is almost? Spill."

"Almost," Jana answered with a gleaming smile. "He really was clueless."

"And why's that?" Leslie prodded, flopping herself down to lean against the couch next to her. "Come on! We want the juicy Behind the Music type details!"

"You mean, Before They Were Rock Stars," Rachel corrected. "And yes, we want the details. What's almost and why clueless?" She nudged Jana with her foot playfully.

"Almost is just about everything but intercourse, and clueless is because if he'd tried a little bit harder, or stuck around a little bit longer, I would have probably given in." She turned and looked at them. "It really wouldn't have taken much more."

"So, did he ask you ever?" Rachel asked. "Wasn't he a good boy? Polite?"

"Kevin?" Jana cackled. "Oh, he was good, but not the kind of good your parents think!"

Leslie flipped through a few pictures and held one up. "Did he look like this? Because if he did, it would have taken a lot of persuading!"

Jana glanced at the picture and smiled tenderly, but shook her head. "No, he wasn't that built yet. Built, but not muscular. He…hang on." She jumped up from the floor and went into her room, hearing Rachel and Leslie comment further on more pictures. She lifted Kevin's yearbook as she came back down the hall with a triumphant smile. "I keep forgetting I still have this."

"The yearbook?" Leslie gasped in excitement.

"His," she clarified with a nod and sat between Rachel and Leslie on the couch. She flipped through a few pages and glanced at a collage, pointing to a picture. "There. That's us."

Leslie took the yearbook and lifted it up for a closer look. "Jana! There's nothing to you!"

"I know."

"Why does Kevin look taller here than he does now?" She handed the book to Rachel for inspection. "Doesn't he just look like a giant?"

"You can't mistake those eyebrows, can you?" she giggled, nudging Jana. "And she's right. Did you weigh, like, what? Twelve pounds?"

"Close," Jana said, taking the book back, and flipped a few more pages. "This is the Bye, Bye Birdie page. We're both in there. Go ahead, find us." She leaned back as they scanned the photos, laughing as they pointed out the pictures.

"Oh, he was so destined to be in a boy band!" Rachel laughed, tapping her finger on a single picture of Kevin holding a mike stand. "Don't they do that on stage now?"

"Trust me, I think he's got more of an effect now," Jana chuckled, tilting her head as she looked at the photo. "We had so much fun doing this show."

"'Dear Kev,'" Leslie started reading, "'it was so cool being your "groupie". I know one day, your star will surely shine!'" Leslie looked up and laughed. "Man, bet she's telling everyone she's psychic these days!"

"He really was good at playing a clueless heartthrob." Jana nodded. "Oh, wait, he's not playing anymore, is he?"

"Oooh!" Leslie nudged her with a laugh.

"I've seen this one," Rachel said, pointing to his graduation picture. "It's on just about every site on line." She widened her eyes in sudden panic. "Oh, man, they'd better not go find mine!"

"I'm sure it's already being sought out," Jana assured her. "You're with the boy everyone likes best. They still don't know my dirt yet." Rachel reached over and took a swallow of vodka. "Sorry."

"He looks cute here," Leslie said, studying the graduation photo. "I'd have had a crush on him if he looked like that."

"That's what he looked like," Jana said, touching the photo gently. "Oh wait…" She turned a few more pages, scanning them quickly until she came to the drama club. "That's more like what he looked like everyday."

He sat indian style on the floor with his arms wrapped around his knees in jeans and sweater. His hair was parted on the side, but still hung slightly over his forehead. Jana sighed and fell back again. "That's what I fooled around with. See? He's not all that bad now, is he?"

"Hell, no!" Leslie said, shaking her head.

"Okay," Rachel admitted, "he's cute. But I don't understand how he could look like this one year, and just a few years later…" She pulled out the Oasis-hair picture. "…he can look like this. This is a hell of a lot worse than that!"

"That's worse than the school play!" Leslie teased.

"God, I was so hung up on him," Jana sighed, looking at the picture. "After hearing him again, I swear I can hear his voice in my ear still."

"Saying what?" Leslie asked playfully.

"Just…" She could feel her face blush and she grinned. "My name, basically."

"Oh, Jana, oh, baby…" Leslie teased, attempting to imitate him.

Jana nodded broadly and laughed. "Something close to that, yeah!"

"So, was he your first kiss?" Rachel asked.

"No," Jana said.

That first kiss was so slow, with him leaning against Jimmy's car, his foot resting on the top of the wheel, holding a can of beer. His hair was longer, and the front fell slightly over his forehead into his eyes. Wearing a plain white tee shirt and a blue and white button-up oxford over it, tucked into a pair of slightly faded blue jeans, he had virtually no waist. Her stomach flipped when she considered her hands resting on either of his hips with her fingers slipped through the belt loops and picturing him lowering his head down to her for a kiss.

Somewhere there was a bonfire, the flickering orange light lit up his face. He stood so close. She was just inches from him, just as she had pictured, with her fingers slipped through the belt loops of his jeans. His arms draped around her shoulders loosely, but soon he was leaning forward, and she watched a strand of his thick, dark hair flipped over to his forehead just moments before she closed her eyes and felt his lips brush against hers softly.

She opened her eyes with a smile, Kevin's face just inches from hers, and he leaned in again for another kiss. This time, he was a bit more sure of himself, and he didn't pull away, parting his lips against hers, and slipping his tongue in her mouth briefly. She pulled away again, unable to keep the stupid grin from her face, and she could feel his thumb caress the back of her neck. She wasn't sure when he had moved his hand, but she paid no attention as he leaned forward again.

He wasn't her first kiss, but he was the first person that created an odd sensation in her stomach with anticipation, making her aware of where his hands were on her body. His thumb continued to rub against the back of her neck, and she could feel his fingers spread on her waist, moving her closer against him as he remained leaning on the car. She was aware of his thigh brushing up against her waist as the kiss deepened, and she dropped her hand to rest at the bend of his waist and thigh, feeling the wrinkles of his jeans beneath her palm.

She had never been kissed like this before. Her palms felt sweaty, and her heart seemed to beat faster. She wasn't sure if she should slide her hand around his waist like she wanted to. She wasn't sure if she should run her hand up along his neck like she wanted to. She wasn't sure of anything but the nerves and the anticipation she felt coursing through her body until he pulled back, smiling down to her broadly. He tucked a stray strand of hair from her ponytail behind her ear and kissed her quickly, pulling back to a safer distance as he turned his head.

"We have to get you home," he said quietly, looking back at her with a grin. Slipping his hand into hers, he pushed away from Jimmy's car and started over to the bonfire. All she could do was follow him, unable to say anything. The last thing she wanted to do was go home, but he was right. Her father would be staring at the clock above the kitchen sink, and counting down the minutes. She made the sacrifice, anticipating the chance to do it again a different night.

Leslie sighed with her sympathetically once Jana finished her story. "Yeah, he would."

"Would what?" Jana asked.

"Know just how to make a first kiss lasting memory."

"He's still good at that," Jana told her wistfully. "We used to just make-out for hours."

"I could do that sometimes with Nick." Rachel looked down to a different picture and smiled. "He has an amazing mouth, did you ever notice?"

"Nick?" Jana asked, looking at the picture. "I guess…never really noticed." Rachel looked up to her in shock. "What? He's not my type." She looked to Leslie and shrugged. "So, your first kiss?"

"Lester," Leslie said, twisting her lips in disgust. "I dated this one guy…"

"Lester?" Jana cackled. "You dated a guy named Lester?"

"He couldn't help being named Lester!" Leslie protested. "He kissed like one too. But this one guy in high school, Jim. He could kiss. We'd sneak behind the stage in the auditorium and just make-out when we were supposed to be in study hall."

They both turned to Rachel. "Well?"

Rachel stared down at the picture in her hands as if she couldn't tear her eyes away and then sighed, looking up to Leslie and Jana. "Guess."

"We know him?" Jana asked, shocked. "Oh, this is gonna be good."

"Can't be Jeremy. When did you meet him?" Leslie asked.

"College. No. Not, J. Although… no. Definitely not J."

Leslie took a drink and pointed her cigarette at Rachel, "Oh, we're coming back to that comment about Jeremy. There are such stories there, Rache!"

Rachel laughed, "Oh, I might need to be even more drunk for those."

"James." Jana stated, looking over at Rachel and lifting one eyebrow. Rachel nodded and they all started laughing.

"But he's gay! He's gay, right? James is the gay one, not Darien…" They could see Leslie going through all the boys in band in her head. "Yes, James. Tall one with ever-changing hair colour. That's gayboy James!"

Rachel laughed, "Yes, that's my James. Of course, I didn't know he was gay at the time. I should have guessed, but I was…" she sighed dramatically, "young and so inexperienced!"

Jana laughed a little too loud and Rachel stiffened slightly. "Oh… umm… sorry. I didn't mean…"

"It's okay. I'm a chick in a rock band, I'm a slut." Rachel teased back. "Well, I used to be…"

"Before she found true love in the arms of younger man."

"You just had to throw that back at me, didn't you, Les? I have two words for you… sexual and prime." Rachel glanced down at the picture in her hands again, "Oh, there must be a current picture of my boy in that folder!"

"You aren't getting out of telling us about James."

Rachel was flipping through the pictures in the folders and pulled one out. "Oh… I like this one! A perfectly droolworthy picture."

Jana and Leslie threw themselves down on the couch and handed Rachel the bottle of vodka, "Did you just say 'droolworthy,' dear?"

Rachel rolled her eyes, "I can goon with the best of them. Oh, this one… he's soooo pretty, isn't he?"

Jana leaned up, looking at the picture. It was a close up on Nick's face and he was staring into the camera, his blond hair all spiky and his eyes partially closed. His thumb was captured between his teeth. "He is so flirting with the photographer."

Rachel shook her head. "Is not."

"How do you know?" Leslie asked, leaning over Jana to get a better look at him.

"Because… I'm right… here!" Rachel crowed, pointing to the bottom. "God, that was a good day."

"Oh… I think we need to hear about that day. Screw kissing your gay best friend! I bet James kisses like a dead fish, anyway."

"Does not!" Rachel shouted. "Well, yeah… when he was 14, he did."

"14? Damn, you are so cheap!" Jana laughed and Rachel turned to whack her.

"So, when did you let Kevin go further, you little hussy?" Leslie questioned playfully. "I was a good girl until college."

"Well, we dated for a year," Jana defended. "It's not like I just let some stranger grope at me! And he was always very cautious, and usually nervous, too." She giggled. "We were dating a good eight months or so, I guess, before he got to feel me up…over my clothes. Another three months after that before he got between the clothes and my bra. Not long after that before he figured out how to unclasp the bra to keep from strangling me getting to some skin. I made him wait, at the time. And he wasn't a virgin, so he did know what he was missing, and what he wasn't getting out of me."

"Ooh! When did he lose his virginity?" Rachel asked, taking another sip of the vodka. "I think Nick's was in Germany. We haven't talked about that yet. I should ask him that."

"You know it was one of the boys setting him up," Jana laughed.

"AJ!" they all called in a laugh.

"You so know it was AJ, sneaking some girl in to him!" Rachel snickered. "Poor Nick. He was teased. You know he was teased."

"Oh, poor Nicky," Jana pouted. "They were probably listening at the door, too."

"Someone had to keep the chaperone busy!" Rachel said.

"That was probably Howie," Jana nodded, "or Brian."

"Oh, God, you don't think Kevin was the one that gave him the birds and the bees talk, do you?" Rachel asked, bursting into cackling laughter.

"Oh, shit! Probably!" Jana giggled. "Oh, I'd have loved to be a fly on that wall! 'Now, y'see, Nicky, you take yer…uh…thing…and, uh…you, uh…'"

"It could be worse," Leslie suggested. "It may have been AJ."

Rachel and Jana screamed playfully in horror. "Oh, if there's a God in Heaven, no!" Jana laughed.

"Whoever he learned from," Rachel started, "and we will not mention the 'talentless Hack' in my presence, he learned well."

"So did Kevin," Jana sighed. "I think it's a natural talent, to be honest."

"Uh, Jana? Sweetie?" Rachel placed her hand on Jana's shoulder. "Sorry, no. There's some woman out there that had to explain to Kevy-Kev that the female needs pleasure too. That is not inherent."

"He knew all about pleasuring the female." She patted Rachel's arm. "At least trust me on that one, okay? He was the first guy to give me an orgasm, and quite honestly, I didn't care where he learned it. He was using the talent on me, and that was just fine."

"And what kind of talent, Miss Jana?" Leslie squealed with a nudge.

Jana lifted her hand and wiggled her fingers. "We never removed anything but my bra…maybe his shirt." She bit the corner of her lip and furrowed her eyebrow. "Come to think of it, it was awfully one sided. He didn't get much out of it from me."

Leslie and Rachel howled in laughter.

"You mean he didn't get at least a hand job?" Leslie asked in disbelief. Jana just shook her head slowly. "Oh, man, he loved you!"

"He did tell me about cold showers," Jana giggled. "Just recently, actually. I never even thought about touching it!" She scrunched her face in disgust. "Ew!"

"He loved you," Rachel said with a nod.

"I didn't make it easy on him, and I was just so petrified of the whole thing. I mean, I kissed someone before, but he was charting all new territory. If my parents had found out what we were doing, I'd have been skinned alive! Hell, they still want to skin me alive for what doing what I did with him now!"

"So, who did he lose it to?" Leslie asked. "How many girlfriends did he have?"

"Not many, really. It was some girl he dated when he was sixteen, and he said it took him a long time to get over the guilt of it. He's such a good boy, isn't he?"

"Well, from what you're telling us, yeah!" Rachel teased. "Okay, I didn't lose my virginity until I was in college. How old were you?"

"Cliché!" Jana laughed, waving her hand. "Prom night. Mike Connelly…the quarterback my senior year."

"You know him," Leslie said to Jana. "Dave Hermit from dance school."

Jana fell over laughing. "No way!"

"Oh, come on! He was cute!"

"He's a freak!" Jana squealed, turning to Rachel. "He always wore short - regardless of it being hot or cold. His hair was in these weird dreadlock-y things."

"He didn't look like that when I met him!" Leslie argued. "He had short, spiky hair and a body to die for!"

"He's a freak," Jana told Rachel, tilting her head.

"They're always freaks," Rachel said. "No one can look back and say the guy they were with looks cool."

"Well…yeah, probably," Jana agreed. "But that doesn't discount the fact that Dave Hermit is a freak!"

~

"Wait!" Jana called, pointing the screen with her cigarette. "Pause it! Pause it!"

"What?" Leslie said, fumbling with the remote to find the pause button.

Rachel looked over at Jana, having caught what she saw. "Go back," Jana said, crawling closer to the TV, sitting up on her knees. They were watching videos now, and 'As Long As You Love Me' was on. Leslie rewound in slow motion and paused, catching the name on the chalkboard and paused. "That says Jana, doesn't it?" Jana asked, looking back to Rachel and Leslie with wide eyes. They both nodded, watching her curiously as she sank back down to sit on her heels and look back at the screen. "How much am I allowed to hate him?" she asked softly.

Leslie moved to sit next to her and put her arms around her shoulders. "As much as you miss him?" she told her gently.

"Why don't we take a break?" Rachel said, reaching over and turning off the video. "We might need food. The alcohol is going to our heads."

"Isn't that what we want? No," Jana sighed looking back to her with a slight smile. "I'm fine. I just didn't expect that."

"Yeah, but, the next song may not be something you want to see," Rachel said, checking the index card of the track listing. "It's 'Shape of My Heart'." Rachel jumped up, heading toward the kitchen. "Can you get good pizza delivered here, Jana?" she called over her shoulder.

"Yeah..." Jana agreed with a heavy breath, "...okay, let's not go there." She reached back to pick up her drink and finished the last of it quickly as she reached for her cigarettes. "There's a menu tacked up next to the phone. Lots of onions and mushrooms for me. But after we eat, we have to go back to making fun of them. They're dorks, right?" she said. "Goofy, dorky, geeks." She lit a cigarette with shaking hands and exhaled deeply.

"But they're pretty," Leslie said with a playful nudge and hesitant smile.

"Very," Jana agreed with a slow nod.

"Very," Rachel added, dropping back in the couch, menu and phone in hand. "Okay, little known Nick fact, he thinks that cheese is a topping for pizza. He's such a dork!"

"This is Nick...present day?" Leslie asked, eyes wide.

Rachel nodded and held up a hand to quiet them as she ordered the pizza, pausing to ask what the address was. When she finished, she threw the phone onto the couch next to her and hit the fast forward button on the remote, resisting the urge to pause it on every pretty shot of Nick. She loved his mouth in this video.

"Damn," she sighed and Leslie giggled at her.

"Oh, no… we're to present day Nick now. I think we're going to lose Rachel soon," Leslie teased.

Rachel stuck out her tongue and then downed the rest of her vodka. "I'm fine. I get to see him tomorrow!" she crowed, making Jana grab the remote from her hands and hit rewind.

"No!" Rachel screamed. "Let me see him when he's legal again! Please?"

Jana pressed stop, and Kevin's face filled the screen. Present day Kevin; long hair, leather jacket. She sighed, letting the video play for a moment before stopping it again and relinquishing control of the remote. "Just fast forward through the next one," Jana said. "Damn it, if I can't sleep with him, I should be allowed to at least drool over him!" She furrowed her eyebrows, looking to Rachel and Leslie.

Rachel stopped the tape and turned the TV off. "Break time," she announced. "Let's take a break."

"No, really," Jana protested. "I'm fine. I just can't stop thinking about…." She sunk down and sighed. "I wasn't expecting to see my friggin' name in one of his videos!" She slapped the floor and scowled. "I mean, really! What the hell does that mean?"

"You have a cool name?" Leslie suggested, giving Jana a quick squeeze. "He never forgot about you?"

"He married someone else, and I'm a mistress!" Jana griped. "It's not fair! I was supposed to be over him by now! I'm not sixteen anymore!"

"Honey," Leslie said gently, "you always hold a torch for your first love. Always."

"Just kind of sucks that your first love is an international pop star," Rachel added with a sigh.

"And that I went back and fell in love with him all over again," Jana continued. She stubbed out the last of her cigarette and got up to make another drink. She could feel the alcohol in her system but attempted to force the tears back. Once she made it to the kitchen, she wiped her eyes and poured more vodka in her glass, biting her tongue.

It wasn't fair that she had fallen in love with him then. It wasn't fair that she'd let herself trust him, and it wasn't fair that he'd walked away. It was more unfair that he was in a marriage he wasn't happy in, and more unfair than any of it, that she'd had fallen in love with him all over again, to lose him all over again.

Now she was watching his fame unfold in front of her in videos and pictures. All those years she had managed to forget about him were suddenly back in the front of her mind. All those times when she wondered what he'd been doing. Had he ever thought of her? Did he ever miss her? Maybe it was just her name on a chalkboard, but why? What the hell did any of this mean? And the time warp of going from a younger Kevin to the modern day one - reinforcing the fact that it really is the same guy. Her first true love, her first real broken heart…broken - again.

"Jan?" Leslie was in the doorway as Rachel got the pizza from the delivery guy. "We can stop, you know."

"I don't want to feel like this, Les," Jana said sadly, gulping her drink. "I didn't expect to feel like this just seeing some silly videos, or stupid pictures. But he really is the same guy, you know? I can't explain it to y'all, but he really is the same person I knew back then…just…"

"Older?" Leslie suggested.

"Better. He became the person I thought he'd be." She closed her eyes and took another gulp. "Fuck it. Let's just keep getting drunk, shall we? I'll do my best Scarlett O'Hara - 'tomorrow is another day' and 'fiddle-dee-dee' and all that crap."

"We really don't have to keep watching," Leslie repeated.

"I'll be okay. Just got a bit thrown with that one video, that's all. They're goofy, dorky, geeks, right? How on earth can I let myself get upset by goofy, dorky, geeks?"

~

"'The Call'," Rachel exclaimed. "We can make fun of how Nick drives!"

"…said I…I got a little place nearby…wanna go?…"

"Don't say that to Kevin! His dick might accidentally fall into your vagina!" Jana scoffed bitterly, raising a drink to the screen, only, there were now two screens in her visions, two AJs, two Brians, two Nicks and Howies… She sat up on her knees and scrunched her forehead, trying to fix her double vision once Kevin's head appeared through the car window. "Oh dear God, he's fucking pretty!"

As Kevin stood up on the screen and found himself in a room with the words 'liar' and 'fraud' and 'cheat' scrawled on the walls and ceiling, Jana fell over on her side in hysterics. "Okay, now that is poetic!" she laughed.

"Art imitating life?" Rachel suggested with a giggle.

"You call that art?" Leslie asked.

Jana pushed herself up, and dropped her chin, looking at Leslie as she paused on Kevin. His hair hung in his eyes, his long black coat was caught mid-swing and he had an intense look on his face. "How can you say that is not a work of art?" she asked, pointing to the screen. "'Liar', 'fraud', 'cheat'? I need a screen capture of that to remind me!"

"Oh, I was looking at Kevin," Leslie said. "That is just pretty." Rachel shook her head no. "What do you mean, 'no'?"

"No," Rachel said, motioning to the screen. "That's art...sorry. Kevin is a piece of work!"

Leslie looked at the screen and tilted her head, puckering her lips to the side in consideration. She lifted her eyebrows and tilted her head in the opposite direction. "Mmm, maybe."

"Maybe, my ass," Jana said, hitting play. "I've seen him naked. You have to take my word for it. I think that's my problem. If I could only get him to stand in a corner and not move, he'd be fucking perfect!"

"It'd make dusting a hell of a lot more enjoyable!" Leslie giggled.
